Arctic Seaducks & Puffins – Northern Finland & NorwayThis photography tour is timed in a way we can photograph wintering King and Steller’s Eiders, but also spring migrants such as Atlantic Puffins and other seabirds on snow in Varanger! Schedule 1 Species Assignments – Merlin & Red-Throated DiverFocusing on two of Britain’s rarest breeding species, Merlin and Red-Throated Diver, this specialist assignment is carried out under a Schedule 1 license, authorised by NatureScot. Brydon has been working under this privileged license for almost 15 years. His knowledge of these species, ethics as a field naturalist and photographer, as well as his unparalleled hide work experience of these birds has built a trusted relationship with licensing board and local NatureScot team over many years. Shetland Autumn Cubs and PupsThis tailored itinerary focusses primarily on Shetlands Otter and Atlantic Grey Seal populations, which are both nursing their young during autumn. Over the five days we will split our time between the two species, at our remote and off the beaten track locations and with both species will experience an emotive range of intimate behaviour between siblings and mother and young. |
